Ray Elwartowski

Ray Elwartowski, age 78 of Newaygo & Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, September 17, 2024 at Corewell Health Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids.  He was born on January 14, 1946 in Fremont, Michigan to Leonard & Winifred (Witheral) Elwartowski.  Ray was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Era.  He was a farmer, and he was a member of Woodville Community Church near White Cloud, Michigan and Liberty Baptist Church in Tennessee.  Ray is survived by his brothers & sister:  Joseph (Shirley) Elwartowski, Mary Elwartowski, Stanley Roy Elwartowski; and by many nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Moreen.  According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Interment will be in Ashland Township Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Woodville Community Church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
