Robert William Heether

Robert William Heether, age 69 of White Cloud, passed away on Wednesday morning, January 8, 2025 at his home.  He was born on March 10, 1955 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to James Joseph & Mary Barbara (Byrne) Heether.  Robert had been a foreman for Lodestar Construction Company in Walker for 25 years until his retirement in 2017.  He was a charter member of the White Cloud Eagles #4170, he attended Wellspring Adult Day Services at Reeman Christian Reformed Church, and he enjoyed hunting & fishing.  Robert is survived by his wife, Nancy Heether; children:  Robert Allen (Jessica Hathaway) Heether, Kimberly Ann Heether, Patricia (Alex) Aldag of Minnesota, Jennifer (Mike Lance) Towne, Brent Barker; many grandchildren & great-grandchildren; sisters & brother:  Mary Ann Conroy, Veronica “Ronny” Dawson, Eileen “Teeny” Heether, Joseph Byrne (Mia) Heether, Christine B. McGuire; by many nieces & nephews, and by his fur friends, Letty & Gertty.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Mary Heether; brother, James Joseph Heether II; and by his sister-in-law, Kathy Wosinski.  There will be a time of visiting with the family from 10-11 AM on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at St Patrick Catholic Church in Parnell, Michigan.  A Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 AM with Fr. Tom Cavera as Celebrant.  Interment will be in St Patrick Catholic Cemetery, and a luncheon will immediately follow the services at church.  There will also be a celebration of Robert’s life at the White Cloud Eagles #4170 from 4-7 P.M. on Saturday, January 25, 2025.  Suggested Memorial:  The Wellspring Endowment Fund at the Fremont Area Community Foundation.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
