January 29th,2024 a beloved Wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother moved from her earthly home to her heavenly home at the age of 76. Sharon was born and raised in Lowell, MI and attended Lowell schools. She was a devoted church goer at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and spent her time there helping many families and friends. Sharon was proceeded in death by her mother and father Glen Sr. and Margaret Miller. Her brothers Glenn Jr, Betty, Leo, Eugene (Babe) Miller. She is survived by sister in laws Joanne Miller, Cris Johnson, Marilyn Mellema, Carol Johnson and brother in laws Dennis and Ron Johnson. Also many, many nieces and nephews too many to list.
She is the wife of Richard Johnson and would have celebrated a glorious 59 years of marriage this November. The course of their beautiful marriage brought upon their four children, Christina Marie, Richard Alan, Adam Andrew and Chanda Louise(Luna) and bonus daughter Deb. She was the mother that devoted herself to her children. Loving them all unconditionally in any endeavor they imagined. Guiding them through trials and triumphs. Through their four children, she was blessed with 13 grand children. Aubrey, Gary, Lindsey, Kaya Lynn, Alex, Braden, Grant, Masen, Ciera, Jaken, Zaphan, Hailey and Nahrain. From her grand children brought her 6 great grand babies Skyler, Jonathan, Stella, Owin, Rory, and Heidi. She will be remembered always as the mother and grandmother that had music blasting wherever she was. Whether in the kitchen baking her favorite recipes or on the back porch watching the flowers grow and tanning her legs. She loved hummingbirds, pansies and the sunset, and knuckle sandwiches(that no one ever really tasted). If there’s a small request it’s to find the song “I can only imagine” and play it in her honor. As now we all know she is finally standing face to face with her creator, singing loud and proud with a smile from ear to ear. She was a hugger not a hand shaker, this hugs will be greatly missed by all. She brought a sense of the olden days into modern life. Clinging to her roots and small town life. Sharon was also known to many for over 40 years as Lowell’s AVON lady. She will be deeply missed by many, memorial service and mass details to come at a later date and time.
