Sharon Louise (Alexander) Thompson

Sharon Louise Thompson, age 81 of Fremont and formerly of Laughlin, Nevada & Temecula, California, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024.  She was born on November 24, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to Idell & Catherine (Schreck) Alexander.  Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Thompson; 2 brothers, Brantley & Paul Alexander; and by her sister, Phyllis O’Shannon.  She is survived by 2 children:  Tom Thompson, Cheri (T.J.) Visscher; 5 grandchildren:  Hailey Thompson, Garrett Visscher, Cody Visscher, Laney Visscher, Caeden Thompson; and by 1 great-granddaughter, Evie Kortman.  According to Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a family celebration of her life will take place at a later date.  Suggested Memorial:  The Fremont Area District Library.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
