Shawn Marie (Deam) Howey

Shawn Marie Howey, age 50 of White Cloud, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023.  She was born on May 11, 1972 in Fort Riley, Kansas to Steven & Vickie (Haines) Deam.  Shawn had worked at Central Dispatch, and in the laboratory at Gerber Hospital.  She enjoyed being with family and friends, and DIY projects.  Shawn was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Gene Howey in 2019; and by her father, Steve Deam in 2007.  She is survived by her children:  Amanda Soles, Amber Deam, Alisha Deam, Ruth Ann Owens, & Riley Howey; and by her  grandchildren:  Sydnie, Geneva, & Landon.  She is also survived by her mother, Vickie Deam; brothers & sisters:  Dain (Evelyn) Haines, Robbi (Amy) Deam, Scott Deam, Erin (Chuck) Washburn, Heidi (Jeremy) Haney; and by many nieces & nephews.  The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Inspire Church in Fremont with Pastor Jeffery Murchison officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 11-1 PM on Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
