Stephen “Steve” Yeomans, age 73 of Holton, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. He was born on March 31, 1948 in Fremont, Michigan to Donald “Spike” Edward & Evelyn “Babe” Irene (Wiggers) Yeomans. Steve was retired from the US Air Force where he served in special operations, and he was a veteran of the Vietnam Era. He loved his horses, and shipping plants. Steve was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia “Ginger” Ann (Bean) Yeomans on May 19, 2019. He was also preceded in death by his parents, by his sister Gloria Rice, and by his brother Lee Yeomans. Steve is survived by 4 children: Penny Childs, Tia (Craig) Bradley, Lisa (Keith) Wilds, James (significant other Kayla) Kent; 7 grandchildren: Samantha Reid, Amanda Cloud, Dakota Cloud, Kally Hershberger, Lilly Hershberger, Teigan Cantiaci, Fin Cantiaci; and 7 great grandchildren.
