Susan (Sue) E. (Wallace) Meyers

Susan (Sue) E. Meyers, age 84 of White Cloud, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday afternoon, May 30, 2024.  She was born on November 17, 1939 in Muskegon, Michigan to Gordon & Mable (Frantz) Wallace.  Sue had been a school bus driver for Muskegon Public Schools for 14 years until her retirement in 1999.  She had also been a member of White Cloud United Methodist Church, and Woodville Church.  Sue loved gardening and traveling.  She is survived by her husband of 65 years, David L. Meyers, who she married on February 27, 1959.  Sue is also survived by 3 children:  Scott (Theresa) Meyers, Robin (Joseph) Heykoop, Robert (Jayne) Meyers; 5 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren.  The family would like to thank the staff at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont for all of their loving care.  According to Sue’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at White Cloud United Methodist Church with Pastor Jerry Jaquish officiating.  There will be a light luncheon and time to visit with the family at the church immediately following the service.  Interment will be at White Cloud Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Christian Appalachian Project, P.O.
