Vera (Knepp) Wagler

Vera Wagler, age 83 of Newaygo, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at her home.  She was born on July 15, 1942 in Washington, Indiana to Alvin and Mary Knepp.  She is survived by her children:  Rosa Mae (Jonathan) Coblentz of Newaygo, Michigan, Mary Catherine (Ben) Troyer of Newaygo, Michigan, Fannie Marie (Neal) Hershberger of Fremont, Michigan, Donald Ray (Marjorie) Wagler of McBain, Michigan, Sharon Sue (Leon) Coblentz of Fremont, Michigan, Francis Leon (Ruthie) Wagler of Erin, Tennessee, Lorene (Joe) Swartzentruber of Washington, Indiana, Alvin Jay (Susan) Wagler of Nashville, Indiana, David Wagler (Deceased); 37 grandchildren & 1 deceased; 62 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, 4 sisters, and many nieces & nephews.  Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Wagler, Jr. on January 27, 1963, 1 son, both sets of parents, 1 brother, 1 sister, 1 grandson, 5 brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law.  The Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the John Robert Miller Residence in Fremont with Bishop Gideon Stutzman officiating.  Interment will be at Locust Grove Cemetery in Milroy, Indiana.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
