Clarence James "CJ" Booher

Mr. Clarence James "CJ" Booher, age 73 years of Hesperia, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at his home. He was born on December 17, 1943 to Gerald & Crystal (Johnson) Booher. CJ was a truck driver for many years, and after his retirement worked as a substitute bus driver for the Hesperia Public Schools. On March 30, 1968 he married Connie Eitniear, and she preceded him in death on January 27, 2012. He was also preceded in death by 2 sisters: Sharon Tozer, & Nancy Robinson; and 2 brothers-in-law: Jerry Tozer & Gene Thompson. CJ is survived by 2 children: Marla Booher of Grand Rapids, and Brett (Tracy) Booher of Comstock Park; 3 grandchildren: Bailey, Rosemary & Griffin; sisters & brothers: Michael (Linda Rose) Booher, William (Jacquelyn Sorenson) Booher, Rae Lynn Thompson, & Lori (Raymond) Thompson; Brother-in-law Jerry Robinson.  A Graveside Service will be held at East Hesperia Cemetery in the Spring.  Suggested Memorial: American Cancer Society.
