Ervin N. Miller

Mr. Ervin N. Miller, age 84 years of Newaygo, MI., passed away on Thursday morning, August 4, 2016 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. from injuries that were the result of an accident.  He was born on July 26, 1932 in LaGrange, Indiana to Nathaniel A. & Elizabeth (Whetstone) Miller.  Mr. Miller was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  On September 26, 1957 he married Mary A. Lambright and she survives him.  They had 14 children:  Elnora (Daniel) Stoll of Cameron, Ontario, Canada, Calvin (Deceased) & Lois Miller of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada,  Wilber (Martha) Miller of Ossineke, MI., Mervin (Naomi) Miller of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Ammon (Mary) Miller of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Marvin (Anna) Miller of Ossineke, MI., Katie (Nathanael) Stoll of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Harvey (Laureen) Miller of Hawks, MI., Eileen (Elias) Martin of Straffordville, Ontario, Canada, Daniel Miller (Deceased), Verna (Paul) Jantzi of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Norma (David) Gascho of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Lorene (Aaron) Stoltzfus of Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Samuel (Mary Ellen) Miller of Newaygo, MI.; 87 grandchildren & 19 great grandchildren; brothers & sisters:  Ora (Orpha) Miller of Libby,Montana, Henry (Edna) Miller of LaGrange, Indiana, Melvin (Francis) Miller of Holton, MI., Ida Miller of Holton, MI., Ada Miller of Holton, MI., Edna (Reuben) Graber of Seymour, Missouri, Ezra (Mary) Miller of Holton, MI.; and many nieces & nephews.  He was also preceded in death by 5 grandchildren & 1 great granddaughter; by 2 brothers, Amos & Samuel Miller; and by 1 sister, Polly Eash.  The Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM on Sunday morning, August 7, 2016 at the Samuel Miller Residence, 1867 W. 68th Street, Newaygo, MI. with Bishop Philip Wagler officiating.  Interment will be in the Newaygo Amish Cemetery.  Visitation will also be at the Samuel Miller Residence on Friday evening, August 5th from 3-7 PM, and on Saturday, August 6th in the afternoon & evening.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
